Galley Food Services (GFS)

Is one of Lee County’s premiere event catering services and who also offers specialized food & beverage catering services to regional airports and airlines.

GFS offers customized menus based on the specific needs of the client while accommodating special dietary requirements like vegetarian, vegan, gluten and dairy free.

Services include a wide range of offerings for different type events, both large and small, and/or classes of passengers – from economy snacks to first-class meals. We also offer food & beverage services for airline lounges and terminals.

All GFS food & beverage items are procured locally and prepared for delivery in our state certified commercial kitchen located at 1300 McCoy Street, Opelika, AL 36801. Our staff of food service personnel are food safety certified and highly skilled professionals with over 50 years of culinary experience.

Regardless if it’s a simple fruit and cheese tray, or smoked brisket sandwiches, or a full course filet mignon dinner, our staff approaches each meal with the same high standards to ensure the same finest quality.
